Cyral is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enable our growing team to scale well. You’ll be responsible for capturing and analyzing data to increase sales velocity, ensure productivity of the field sales team, and optimize revenue for the company. You’ll manage and maintain the sales productivity tools to ensure data and workflows operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales reports including pipelines, forecasts, and budgeting reports 
  • Ensure strategic alignment with leadership’s goals for the sales organization; make recommendations regarding methodology, tools, and timelines
  • Take over ownership of the sales process including ongoing refinement and improvement, ensuring processes are followed 
  • Analyze trends to ensure continuous efficiency and efficacy of the sales organization by making recommendations regarding team design, target market, lead routing, structure, compensation plans, etc
  • Establish saleforce.com as the single source of truth in the company
  • Implement quoting and price books in salesforce.com
  • Set up and ensure sales stack tools are configured and syncing properly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, psychology or related field
  • 5+ years' experience or more supporting B2B data-driven sales organization in a complex sales environment
  • Experience configuring and administering Salesforce with HubSpot, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, and other tools
  • Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Problem solver with a bias for action 
  • Self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong collaborator and team player 
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with discretion and care
