As the first design hire, the Lead Product Designer will be responsible for establishing the design function at Cyral.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; bonus points for Security or DevOps product experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools
- Possesses a basic understanding of front-end technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Willingness to seek out and implement feedback and a drive to constantly improve
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery interviews of technical users and create research artifacts such as user personas and journeys
- Develop mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interactions, implementation details, and user goals
- Partner with Engineering and Product to facilitate rapid prototyping and product validation
- Advocate for Design thinking and involvement across the organization
- Inspire and lead Cyral teams toward business outcomes
